The Southpoint Farms project included 75 acres of clearing & grubbing and more than 650,000 CY of cut and fill excavation for a 600,000 SF warehouse building for Alston Construction & Panettoni Development Corporation. The project also included all related storm infrastructure, site utilities, erosion control, rock excavation, and off-site utilities.
