Club Drive Design Build

“This project consisted of the development of construction plans, utility plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and temporary and permanent traffic control plans for the realignment of Club Drive –from its existing location, along top of the dam at the crossing, and the replacement of the existing primary outlet structure and overflow outlet structures.

The roadway served as the only ingress/egress for approximately 74 residences. The existing 8” water main was relocated with the new alignment of the dam. The lake was drained and a temporary road was constructed in the lake bed to reroute traffic, to allow the construction of a cast-in place 10’x8’ box culvert and 10’x10’ outlet control structure. This project also entailed riprap outlet protection, erosion control, base and asphalt paving, waterline relocation and jack and bore of a temporary 54” outlet pipe. “
