“Constructed an intermodal yard on the approximately 44-acre site. Site grading work included clearing and grubbing, erosion control, backfilling, grading, compacting select material for subgrade, excavation of a storm drainage pond, and preparing the site for pavement and rail.

Drainage work included installation of stormwater retention pond outlet control structure, reinforced concrete piping (5,500 LF), underdrain (14,000 LF), concrete trench drain and grates and drop inlets (1,700 LF). Paving included the installation of approximately 17 acres of asphalt pavement and approximately 6,700 linear feet of concrete runways to support eRTG cranes. Rail work included installation of approximately 8,900 feet of rail including all turnouts, switches, working track, and ancillary components. The project involved the installation of a guardhouse, compressed air system for rail, electrical building, storage building, office trailer, and high-mast lighting. Utility work included installation of a new fire protection system including fire hydrants, water service to the office trailer, septic system, and electrical infrastructure.”
