People are our most important asset, and the preservation of employee Safety and Health is a constant consideration in every facet of our business. We will provide the resources necessary to manage, control, or eliminate hazards.

Our safety department is highly credentialed in all matters of safety. We are continually keeping up to date with the most relevant safety issues facing our industry and passing this knowledge along to our employees.
It is the policy of Strack, Inc. to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for the entire company. This Safety Program has been developed to encourage employees to report unsafe conditions to their supervisor, as well as to inform employees of their workplace rights and responsibilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It is the belief of Strack, Inc. that our people are our most important asset and the preservation of employee Safety and Health must remain a constant consideration in every phase of our business. We will provide the resources necessary to manage, control, or eliminate safety and health hazards.

It is our belief that any Safety Program must have total employee involvement. Therefore, this plan has management’s highest priority, support, and participation.
